As part of NetterVibration’s summer party at the end of June, the many employees celebrating anniversaries this year with at least five years of service were honoured and congratulated in the presence of their colleagues. Special recognition was given to those who have been part of the Netter team for two or even three decades. Whether in internal administration or in warehousing and assembly, this year’s anniversary celebrants are pillars of their respective departments. They can look back on numerous personal achievements as well as the company’s continuous development.
“We are very grateful that so many colleagues have dedicated many years to our company. Their experience with our specialised product segment, our internal processes, and our customers’ needs is a tremendous asset. As managing directors ourselves, we have also been with the company for many years and draw daily on this wealth of experience to lead NetterVibration into a continued successful future. It is a particular pleasure this year to congratulate Achim Werkmann on 30 years with Netter,” says Thomas Reis, Managing Director of NetterVibration.
Three decades ago, Achim Werkmann initially joined the company as Quality Manager and later became Operations Manager. This made him the longest-serving anniversary celebrant at the 2024 summer party. Since 2013, he and Thomas Reis, who himself has been with the company for over 30 years, have jointly led NetterVibration as Managing Partners.
“For the future, we have many plans. We are pleased that, despite the current shortage of skilled workers, our experienced team continues to successfully integrate and inspire new colleagues,” adds Achim Werkmann.
