NetterVibration, international solutions provider for industrial vibration technology, is starting the year 2026 with momentum. An orderly generational change within the teams of several international subsidiaries, targeted management reinforcements, and the relaunch of the corporate website underline the company’s ambition to further expand expertise, product quality and customer proximity worldwide – while maintaining continuity in the leadership of the corporate group.
Poland: Strengthening leadership at NetterVibration Polska
At NetterVibration Polska Sp. z o.o., the generational change was actively shaped last year. With the gradual retirement of long-standing key contributors Grzegorz Bożek and Krzysztof Halemba, clear team structures for the future were established at an early stage. In March 2026, Christoph Brol will take over the leadership of the Polish subsidiary. Previously, this function was held solely by the shareholders of the parent company.
“With the appointment of Christoph Brol as Managing Director, we are deliberately strengthening the operational leadership of NetterVibration Poland,” explains Thomas Reis, CEO of NetterVibration. “He will focus intensively on further developing the Polish business and strengthening its close integration within the group.”
Christoph Brol has been part of NetterVibration for 15 years and, in his role as COO, is responsible for purchasing, the assembly workshop and logistics, among other areas.
“His technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset and high level of dedication give us great confidence in this solution,” adds Achim Werkmann.
Australia: Successful leadership transition at the end of 2025
At the end of 2025, a leadership transition took place at NetterVibration Australia Pty Ltd. John Isherwood, who had led the Australian subsidiary since its foundation in 2019, retired. With his decades of experience in vibration technology, he made a decisive contribution to the successful development of the site.
“John Isherwood built and shaped NetterVibration Australia with great personal commitment. We thank him very much for this and wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life,” says Thomas Reis.
The leadership of NetterVibration Australia was assumed by Steven Johnson. He has been with the company for around one and a half years and was specifically prepared for this role through intensive international cooperation within the group, as well as training at the German headquarters and at trade events.
“With Steven Johnson, we are deliberately combining continuity with fresh impulses in Australia,” says Achim Werkmann. “We look forward to continued close cooperation and the next phase of development.”
Five years of NetterVibration UK
Another positive sign of international development: NetterVibration UK Ltd. celebrates its five-year anniversary this year. Since 2021, the team has been successfully supporting customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland, establishing itself as a reliable partner for high-quality vibration solutions.
“Our UK site demonstrates how important local proximity, technical expertise and strong integration within the group are for sustainable success,” emphasises Thomas Reis.
New website underscores commitment as a solutions provider
These organisational developments are accompanied by the relaunch of the NetterVibration website. The new online presence clearly positions NetterVibration as a modern, internationally operating solutions provider for vibration technology, combining deep application expertise with excellent products.
“Our new website makes visible what NetterVibration stands for: technical excellence, practical solutions and a clear international orientation,” explains Achim Werkmann.
Stability and development in harmony
With these measures, NetterVibration is deliberately strengthening the leadership and organisation of its international subsidiaries, promoting knowledge transfer between generations and consistently investing in a powerful, future-oriented structure.
“In this way, we combine stability with development – and create the basis for the sustainable success of NetterVibration worldwide,” summarises Thomas Reis.
