Hydraulic Vibrators For Concrete Compaction
NetterVibration has vast experience in the construction field, providing vibrators such as the series NHR and NVI mass concrete compacting unit.
Hydraulic internal vibrators produce circular vibration created by a rotary unbalance. They are particularly suitable for being integrated in hydraulic excavators, loaders and dozers to compact concrete of big granularity and sand.
The vibrators are suspended by cardans on the Netter mass concrete compaction unit series NVI which is available, such as two or three vibrators in a row or four vibrators in a square.
The operating principle of these hydraulic internal vibrators is the same. A hydraulic motor coupled with a shaft which carries an unbalance, whose rotation causes a centrifugal force generating the circular vibration. The whole system is mounted in a sealed housing. The centrifugal force depends on the speed of the motor and the static moment of the unbalance.
Features and advantages:
- Driven by the digger’s or loader’s hydraulic system
- Centrifugal force 21,630 N
- Mounting crossrail can be rotated by 90° in both directions
- Compaction rate 30 – 200 m³/h
- Working speed 7,000 – 8,000 rev/min
- Concrete compaction
