CFIA Rennes 2024 - Tackling cost pressures and consumer demands with vibration

NetterVibration will be exhibiting at the CFIA in Rennes, on stand 8-C15. This trade show traditionally brings together decision-makers, producers and solution providers from the French food industry to find out about trends and innovations.

Increasing cost pressure and ever-higher consumer demands are the hallmarks of the sector and are therefore at the heart of the show. NetterVibration will be presenting practical solutions in the field of vibration technology, which enables manufacturers to produce not only more sustainably, but also more efficiently and with higher quality. Depending on the application, vibration ensures breakage- and segregation-free conveying, precise dosing and regular, controllable material flows. They also allow easy emptying and cleaning of leftovers, separated or carefully sieved ingredients. Finally, they ensure optimum filling of the packaging. The result is shorter cycle times, optimised transport costs, consistent quality and an overall reduction in waste.

With more than seven decades of experience, NetterVibration works with food producers to develop individual vibration solutions and stainless steel systems that are particularly easy to clean and often tailor-made. NetterVibration is constantly expanding its tried-and-tested product range. For example, the extensive PKL series of pneumatic impactors has now been extended to include the fully electric ePKL model.
