Manuel Herrmann heads the Engineering Department at NetterVibration. In drive technology, we consolidate our comprehensive expertise, advise customers and sales, and continuously develop new solutions. In plant engineering, we implement customised vibration tables, conveying troughs and complete systems. Documentation and quality management also fall within his area of responsibility.

Sonja Weidler is Head of People & Culture at NetterVibration and, together with her team, actively shapes the future of our growing company. With great dedication, she attracts new talent, promotes the personal and professional development of our employees, and strengthens an open and appreciative corporate culture.

Christoph Brol, as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the key areas from purchasing and logistics to assembly and workshop. Together with his team, he ensures that our high-quality products are manufactured efficiently, delivered reliably to customers, and available with high supply capacity. His commitment represents quality, reliability, and smooth processes across the entire value chain.

Martina Kaaden leads our Accounting department and ensures a reliable, transparent representation of all financial processes in the company. With great care, she maintains stable liquidity, delivers timely financial statements, and ensures compliance with all legal requirements.

Monika Kreutzer, as Head of Marketing at NetterVibration, is responsible for securing and continuously expanding the global brand awareness. She manages external communications and corporate messaging, implements strategic marketing initiatives, and serves as the main contact for media representatives and their inquiries.

Jonas Weber leads our IT department and, together with his team, ensures smooth and secure operations and communication across all company areas. He ensures that technology and systems function reliably and that our employees are optimally supported.

Claudia Baumer leads our Digitalisation & Knowledge Management staff department and ensures that our valuable knowledge is optimally used, protected, and shared. Together with her, we develop digital, future-proof processes that sustainably secure the success of NetterVibration.
