The new ePKL from NetterVibration, a patented in-house development, now complements the company’s proven PKL series.
NetterVibration has a 70-year history and offers an exceptionally broad range of vibration technology products for diverse industrial requirements – including hydraulic, electric, and pneumatic devices – where the company is considered a “hidden champion” and market leader. The PKL series features reliable knockers tailored to a wide variety of customer needs. These devices generate hammer-like impacts via a piston powered by compressed air, effectively removing stubborn deposits from walls, pipes, and containers in numerous industrial plants, and preventing blockages or bridging in bulk materials while ensuring complete discharge of residues.
With the fully electric ePKL, plants can now be served with the same effectiveness and quality even where compressed air supply is impractical or unavailable. In locations without direct power access, the ePKL can be easily operated via battery (e.g., at remote silos). The ePKL is as compact, robust, and easy to handle as the corresponding pneumatic models and, when used with renewable energy, directly contributes to process sustainability. Its control system can be easily integrated into modern “Industry 4.0” processes, allowing the knockers’ performance to be optimised flexibly and energy-efficiently based on container fill levels or similar measurements.
