The NHG L series hydraulic external vibrators provide a powerful, compact and flexible solution for applications requiring the emptying, screening or compaction of bulk materials—particularly where a hydraulic supply system is available or mobility is required (e.g. vehicles, silos, mobile systems).
The drive is provided by a hydraulic motor that rotates a shaft with an eccentric unbalance. This rotating unbalance generates circular vibrations, the speed and centrifugal force of which can be continuously adjusted via the hydraulic flow rate. High centrifugal forces ensure reliable discharge, emptying, screening or compaction of bulk materials.
The design is engineered for durability and high load capacity: models NHG 500 L to NHG 900 L feature a housing made of aluminium alloy, while NHG 3000 L and NHG 6000 L use high-strength nodular cast iron. The shaft and unbalance are manufactured from alloy steel, and the bearings are designed for high loads and speeds. NHG L series vibrators can be supplied as standard with a leakage oil connection and optionally without one.
