The NHR mass concrete compaction system and the NVI series hydraulic internal vibrators provide a powerful and reliable solution for compacting mass concrete and sand. These devices are particularly suitable for large construction sites, such as dams, power plants, or harbor projects, where large quantities of material need to be compacted quickly and evenly.
The NHR series is mounted with universal joints on the NVI mass concrete compaction system, which can be equipped, for example, with two or three vibrators in a row or four vibrators in a square configuration. Carrier vehicles can include hydraulic excavators, loaders, or bulldozers. The existing bucket of a hydraulic excavator can, for instance, be removed and replaced with the NVI system. The complete control of the NHR series is integrated into the NVI, and existing auxiliary equipment, such as hammer or shear operation systems, can generally be used for hydraulic supply and operation. No additional modifications to the carrier vehicle are usually required.
The drive is provided by hydraulic motors that generate circular vibrations. These vibrations act directly on the concrete or sand, ensuring uniform compaction without material loss or air pockets. Thanks to the robust design, the vibrators are suitable for continuous operation. Flexible mounting allows the devices to be used on both stationary and mobile compaction systems. Smooth surfaces and IP66 protection facilitate cleaning and make the series resistant to dust and moisture on construction sites.
