Description

The NCR series pneumatic roller vibrators generate circular vibration through the centrifugal force of a rotating steel roller running on a steel inner ring at very high speed. Frequency and centrifugal force are infinitely adjustable via operating pressure, allowing flexible adaptation to different applications.

These vibrators are ideal for emptying bunkers and silo vehicles, preventing adhesion in pipes and on sheets, and reducing friction in bulk material processes. They feature high frequency, strong centrifugal force, and a resonance-insensitive behaviour.
