The NEH and NEG series of high-frequency electric external vibrators provide a powerful and reliable solution for applications with high requirements for vibration frequency and centrifugal force – particularly in concrete compaction and construction-related applications. The operating principle is based on an imbalance motor with a squirrel-cage rotor design: adjustable eccentric weights are mounted on both ends of the motor shaft. Rotation generates a circular, sinusoidal vibration whose frequency corresponds to the rotational speed. With NEH/NEG, rotational speeds of up to 6,000 rpm are possible.
Depending on the series, mounting differs: the NEG series is mounted using the NBS mounting kit; the NEH series uses the NVH quick-clamping bracket. This allows fast and easy repositioning of the vibrators, for example when used on changing formwork.
The vibrators operate maintenance-free and feature a smooth housing surface and stainless steel eccentric covers, ensuring durability and robustness even in dusty or humid environments.
