The CV, CC, CCV and DV series hydraulic external vibrators are powerful and reliable devices for material mobilisation, designed for unloading, screening and compacting a wide variety of bulk materials under hydraulic power supply. A hydraulically driven unbalance motor generates circular vibrations that effectively support material flow, discharge and loosening.
Thanks to the infinitely adjustable hydraulic flow rate, vibration frequency and centrifugal force can be precisely adapted to the material and application. The vibrators generate high centrifugal forces, enabling them to reliably loosen and discharge even cohesive or adhesive materials. With their excellent power-to-weight ratio and compact, robust design, CV/CC/CCV/DV vibrators are suitable for demanding applications and harsh operating conditions – such as difficult-to-empty silos, confined installation spaces or vehicle-mounted hopper systems.
