The FlexiLink resonance conveyor systems utilize the natural resonance of leaf springs to convey bulk materials in a highly efficient and gentle manner. Once the vibrating trough operates in resonance, only minimal energy is required to maintain the conveying motion. Even under varying loads, vibration remains stable and reliable.
The system consists of a vibrating trough, leaf springs, an NTK series pneumatic piston vibrator, and the FlexiLink coupling element. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted using an optional exhaust air throttle valve. In addition to conventional vibrating feeders, spiral conveyors can also be driven, with the leaf springs arranged in a circular configuration.
