For Environment and Efficiency - Sustainable Vibrations for Food Production
16.09.2024In the food industry, the demands placed on manufacturing processes are particularly high: compliance with hygiene and quality standards is a top priority. Rejects and waste should be minimised for economic reasons as well as in terms of sustainability. Efficient systems and solutions open up valuable opportunities and at the same time ensure cost-efficient production and maintenance with minimum downtimes and maximum system availability.
Vibration technology offers a wide range of possibilities for food manufacturers, always taking into account the unique characteristics of the processed products. Vibration technology devices and systems from NetterVibration are therefore used in various high-quality production plants in the food industry. Drive systems made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and customised drive systems as well as conveying, screening and dosing chutes are frequently used to move the products for further processing.
NetterVibration also offers its pneumatic stainless steel vibrators and most standard devices for operation with lubrication-free compressed air, which prevents potential contamination with oil and further reduces the need for maintenance. The sieving, separating, dosing and loosening of food is then carried out within the framework of hygienic design while ensuring easy cleaning - even with powerful cleaning agents - and efficient maintenance. For particularly demanding applications, manufacturers also rely on proven vibration technology from NetterVibration: e.g. plastic versions for dairy products, devices for ATEX zones and/or high-temperature areas or particularly hygienic fastening solutions for gluing or using vacuum mounts. Vibration solutions must be designed as differently as the food produced.
