New and proven vibration technology at SOLIDS 2024
12.09.2024On 9 and 10 October 2024, SOLIDS will take place in Dortmund alongside the RECYCLINGTECHNIK trade fair with a total of almost 400 exhibitors. NetterVibration is looking forward to once again meeting many customers, prospects and partners in hall 5 at stand N11 and providing information about vibration technology for the bulk solids industry.
SOLIDS sees itself as a central meeting point for national and international suppliers and users along the entire value chain of process engineering for powders, granulates and bulk solids. NetterVibration offers vibration technology devices, systems and solutions for a wide range of associated challenges. These include conveying, separating, dosing, loosening, compacting, sorting and screening. Vibrators from NetterVibration can also be used to empty and clean containers and pipes and to clear product jams.
This year, the manufacturer will be showcasing the full range of its products at its stand: visitors will be able to try out and experience tried-and-tested vibrators and impactors live on site. Special devices, e.g. for ATEX areas, made of stainless steel and/or for lubrication-free operation, as used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, will also be presented.
At SOLIDS, NetterVibration will also be exhibiting the new ePKL, an all-electric knocker that perfectly complements the pneumatic models thanks to its flexibility and can even be used in mobile applications. ‘The ePKL has already proven itself in use at various customers, for example in mining and raw materials production. We see many more areas of application for this new solution and are looking forward to talking to users at SOLIDS,’ announces Thomas Reis, Managing Director of NetterVibration.
NetterVibration will be demonstrating its innovative strength in live demonstrations of modern mounting solutions for vibration technology devices. With glueing consoles and vacuum fixing devices on display, solutions can also be realised where, for example, material protection, ATEX suitability or flexibility are particularly important and conventional welding is not possible or desired.
A presentation of the sustainability potential exploitable through vibration technology rounds off this year's trade fair presentation. ‘Sustainability is not only an important topic for us internally, we also actively contribute to the sustainability of our customers by reducing transport emissions or waste rates in the customer process, for example. We are proud of this,’ reports Achim Werkmann, also Managing Director of NetterVibration.
We are looking forward to your visit in hall 5 at stand N11 on October 9 and 10!
