12.08.2020

NetterVibration is taking part in a workshop at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Wiesbaden.

The central topic of the workshop is the vocational training of refugees. Various local companies, which already employ refugees as trainees, meet to exchange their experiences.

NetterVibration is currently training a refugee to become a specialist in warehouse logistics. Before starting his training in August 2020, the young Afghan has successfully completed a one-year entry qualification course at NetterVibration.

Achim Werkmann, CEO at NetterVibration said: “We are always pleased to have committed young professionals joining our company and we are happy to give young, talented people the chance for a successful career start.”

Thomas Reis, CEO at NetterVibration added: „We gladly accepted the challenge of training a young refugee and are enthusiastic about his achievements and progress so far. He has integrated himself quickly and has optimally into the company and the new environment.”

NetterVibration currently employs a total of three trainees. Two of them are completing their training as warehouse logistics specialists and one of them as wholesale and export clerks. In addition, since the beginning of 2018 a refugee from Pakistan has been working in NetterVibration's assembly department.
