NetterVibration honours this year's jubilarians - Achim Werkmann with the company for 30 years

As part of NetterVibration's summer party at the end of June, this year's many employees who have been with the company for at least five years were honoured and congratulated by the staff. Those who have been part of the Netter team for two or even three decades were especially honoured. Whether in the internal organisation or in the warehouse and assembly, this year's jubilarians are pillars of their respective departments. They can look back on a multitude of personal achievements and successes as well as the continuous development of the company. 

"We are very grateful that a lot of our colleagues have been with us for many years. Their experience with our specialised product segment, our internal processes and our customers' needs is a great treasure. We Managing Directors have also been on board for many years and can draw on our wealth of experience every day to lead the company into a successful future. I am particularly pleased to be able to congratulate Achim Werkmann on 30 years at Netter this year," says Thomas Reis, Managing Director of NetterVibration.

Achim Werkmann joined the company three decades ago, initially as Quality Manager and later as Operations Manager. This made him the longest-serving jubilarian at the summer party in 2024. Since 2013, he and Thomas Reis, who himself has been with the company for more than 30 years, have jointly managed NetterVibration as Managing Partners.

"We have many plans for the future. We are delighted that our experienced team is always able to integrate and inspire new colleagues, especially in the face of a shortage of skilled labour," adds Achim Werkmann.
