Description

The ePKL series electric interval impactors offer an innovative solution for the targeted release of strongly adhering materials on container walls, pipes and silos. The ePKL operates electrically and is therefore independent of compressed air systems. It can also be operated mobile using a battery, making it ideal for applications without fixed infrastructure.

The impactor generates a powerful hammer blow by lifting a piston via a stepper motor and then accelerating it by spring force against an impact plate. This movement is resonance-free and protects the surrounding structure.

Control is performed internally or optionally via the RS-485 interface. Two operating modes are available:

Single impact (standard)

Continuous impact with the optional ST kit, including adjustable pause time

For particularly noise-sensitive environments, the EE version with an elastomer impact plate is available.
