The NHK series high-frequency impactors from NetterVibration are specifically developed for the effective loosening and removal of stubborn residues or material adhesions in industrial plants, casting molds, heat exchangers, or containers. The "Impactor" uses pneumatic drive – a striking mass is set in motion to deliver linear vibration or impulse-like strikes to the component.
Unlike conventional hammering or impact methods, the NHK applies low energy per strike but at a very high strike rate. This gently loosens or removes materials without overloading the component – ideal for removing deposits, exhaust residues, or de-molding castings. It can also be used for compaction tasks.
The compact and robust design allows mounting on complex components such as pipes, heat exchangers, or rotary kilns. Optional accessories like impact extensions, mounting brackets, or soundproof covers increase operational flexibility and simplify integration.
