NetterVibration’s roller conveyor vibration tables are designed for precise compaction, de-clumping, and product testing along production and conveying processes. They can be supplied with a new roller conveyor or integrated into existing systems to ensure efficient material flow.
The tables can be driven either pneumatically or electrically and allow variable adjustment of vibration frequency and amplitude, enabling optimal compaction of different materials or testing products for vibration resistance. They are suitable for bulk materials, powders, molding sand, polymer concrete, refractory material, or precast concrete elements, and also ensure uniform packing density and flattening of material cones in containers or big bags.
