Description

The NED series DC external vibrators combine mobility, flexibility, and reliability – ideal for applications without mains power or for mobile use, e.g., on trucks, mobile feeding systems, or construction sites.

The drive is provided by a 12 V or 24 V DC motor. Unbalances are mounted on both shaft ends to generate a circular, multi-directional vibration. Depending on the variant, rotational speeds of approximately 3000 rpm or 3600 rpm are achieved.

The housing can be made of plastic or metal. Unbalance covers are made of stainless steel, providing a durable and robust protective cover. The smooth surface facilitates cleaning and maintenance.

Thanks to generously sized ball bearings, the devices are suitable for continuous operation, even under demanding conditions.

Protection class IP 66–7 ensures safety against dust, water jets, or temporary immersion.
