Series NEA Electric External Vibrator (Single Phase AC)

The NEA series AC electric external vibrators provide a compact and effective solution for industrial tasks requiring reliable initiation or maintenance of material flows. Designed for low-maintenance operation with a simple service schedule, they are ideal for continuous or repeated use in industrial processes.

The vibrator operates on 230 V AC, achieving a speed of 3000 rpm at 50 Hz. Other voltages and 60 Hz operation are possible, with speeds up to 3600 rpm. Circular vibration is produced by adjustable unbalances on both shaft ends, generating uniform vibration with varying centrifugal forces depending on the model – ideal for discharging, emptying, or loosening material adhesions.

Generously sized ball bearings ensure operational reliability and long service life, even under continuous or harsh conditions. The smooth housing surface and stainless steel unbalance covers facilitate cleaning and maintenance, particularly advantageous in bulk material, dusty, or aggressive environments.
