The NES series of stainless steel electric external vibrators impresses with its robust construction and outstanding hygienic properties. It is ideally suited for industrial applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries where conveying troughs, screens and discharge aids must be driven reliably.
The stainless steel surfaces are highly resistant to aggressive chemical media and can be thoroughly cleaned mechanically or by machine using powerful cleaning agents, making them ideal for hygienically sensitive production environments. With protection class IP67, the vibrators can be cleaned using high-pressure washers. Tropical insulation is achieved through vacuum impregnation.
The vibrators are three-phase asynchronous motors with adjustable eccentric weights at both shaft ends, generating an unidirectional, sinusoidal vibration at the corresponding rotational frequency. The extremely robust rolling bearings ensure a long service life, and all NES models are fully suitable for operation with frequency inverters.
