The VTF series of low-profile vibration tables from NetterVibration offers a space-saving, flexible solution for industrial applications requiring compaction, loosening, or stabilization of bulk materials or packaging. With a low overall height (< 500 mm), loads can be placed close to the ground and, if needed, easily loaded or removed using a manual pallet truck.
The vibration table can be equipped with either electric or pneumatic vibrators, depending on requirements and available infrastructure. Both vibration frequency and amplitude are adjustable, making the table suitable for a wide range of materials and process goals, such as denser packing of powders, uniform compaction of granules, or gentle shaking for delicate items. Plastic parts, recycling products, and many other materials can also be stored or transported more compactly, safely, and in an environmentally friendly manner.
In addition to its compact design and flexible drive options, the VTF series stands out for its ease of operation and robust construction. Both open and closed table versions are available, depending on the intended application and environment.
