The VT series vibrating tables from NetterVibration provide a highly versatile solution for industrial processes requiring compaction, deaeration or demoulding of bulk materials, moulded parts or packaged goods. Each unit consists of a rigid frame with vibration isolators, a vibration plate, a drive system (electric or pneumatic) and a control unit.
Depending on the application, both vibration frequency and amplitude can be precisely adjusted, allowing the table to be tuned to a wide range of materials and loads — from powders, sand and concrete to granulates and packaged products. The modular design also enables customised configurations: size, load capacity, control system and drive can be specified to suit your operational requirements.
