Plastic Vibrators

Light-Weight and Durable Plastic Vibrators

In some applications, vibrators constructed from durable plastic are a less expensive alternative to other types of industrial vibrators. In addition to the lower cost, the benefits of plastic include being light-weight in comparison to stainless steel. Like our stainless-steel vibrators, however, our vibrators are corrosion-proof and food grade, and available in models that can operate with lubrication-free air.

Plastic vibrators are ideal for all food manufacturing applications, including the production of dairy products like grated cheese, and are easy to clean. Also, because they are corrosion-proof, they perform well with the harshest food products, such as those that are highly acidic or highly alkaline.

  • direct current electric external vibrator NED 50200 by NetterVibration
Series NED Direct Current Electric External Vibrators

Series NED electric external vibrators are used whenever, for example conveyor chutes or sieves need to be driven. In addition, these devices can loosen material blockages adhesion in silos. The direct current NED units can run at 3,000 min-1 or 3,600 min-1 with a 12 or 24 Volt power supply.

  • pneumatic linear vibrators series NTK by NetterVibration
    Series NTK Pneumatic Linear Vibrators

The pneumatic linear vibrators series NTK are especially suitable for conveying and compacting bulk material, due to the completely linear vibration. The linear vibration is produced by a freely oscillating, self-reversing piston.

  • pneumatic linear vibrators series NTS by NetterVibration
    Series NTS Pneumatic Linear Vibrators

The pneumatic linear vibrators series NTS are especially suitable for conveying, emptying and compacting bulk material. The vibration (sinus-shaped oscillation) is produced by a freely vibrating, self-reversing piston.
